Hi we located the error and fixed it on our local setup .But to test if it really works we have to put the fix in your site .
Please share your site admin creds and also valid ftp creds in order to put the fix .

HI we have made that change please check .If its not resolved then we would need the user credentials and also the course name and unit name in which the user is facing that issue

it was found this Tolltill plugin .
Please deactivate it the error loading data error will be resolved , its throwing some kind of error there .

Hello, why did the plugin work until the last update? Why does the user you sent us the video for work? It even works for the administrator. It must have something to do with your update.
Well we are using core wp functions to fetch the content of units and in case of elementor units we are now showing them in iframes .
There is some error in that addon itself , there might be a use case which they did not handle .
At first we were not able to replicate and the issue was very intermittent but the issue is not from our end and there is no use case in which it should throw such type of error .
There was this error thrown by Tolltill plugin .
