March 15, 2017 at 2:18 pm #101192netimageSpectatorHi there, my users are still getting the Error login credentials. They registers get the activation link and some of them are getting errors: Activate your account. Invalid Activation Key I tried to replicate it, but its working for me. So I was thinking that I will remove the need to activate your account after registration, but I can find it where can do that. :( Can you help me with that? I had the activation steps there so I want get spam registration and fake/spam comments. They also got errors for Course http://imgur.com/a/raK5A How to solve it?March 15, 2017 at 2:21 pm #101198netimageSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.March 16, 2017 at 1:24 pm #101401H.K. LatiyanParticipantPlease try using the wplms custom registration form for registration purpose and you can skip the avtivation email also in this case, refer the tutorial: https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/March 16, 2017 at 1:27 pm #101402netimageSpectatorThank you, I will try that! Btw. some people also send me this: I activated my account and could register for a free course, but after I left the page for a while and upon returning, I cannot sign in. It says my log-in credentials are invalid. They are not, I tried resetting my password as well - even with a new password it states the information is invalid. What can be done? Maybe the problem is with the Sessions, so I need to log out people from everywhere and change their account. Is there a fix for that?March 16, 2017 at 1:40 pm #101416netimageSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.March 17, 2017 at 12:46 pm #101628H.K. Please check this video : https://www.screencast.com/t/HaBSiD3yl2m The error says that the "Login session expired more than 3600.." note that this string does not exist in WPLMS, so it is an interference of an outside plugin. Note that the default registration and activation system is provided by BuddyPress, not by WPLMS. Is suspect following plugins are interfering with BuddyPress login and registration system :
- Inactive Logout
- WP Security

LatiyanParticipantI checked your website and found out that you have added the custom css in your website which is hiding the login buttons in your website, refer: http://prntscr.com/em6yxl Please remove this custom css to fix the issue. -
