Error on members count

    I have 19 members in total. The "ALL MEMBERS" button counts only 10. Why is that? Is it a known issue? http://prntscr.com/ana9bf

    This is an issue with buddypress not the theme because this count is shown by the buddypress only. Buddypress counts a member as a member if she has loggedin in the site at-least once. If the user creates an account on the site and does not loggin then buddypress do not count it as a member.
