    Unfortunately your test case is invalid. The responsive check is for display on mobile devices where you can not resize, a proper test would be to test the site on mobile devices or resize the browser then reload the page. We're using revolution slider for sliders and it would auto adjust itself when the page is loaded. If you want we can contact revolution slider but this issue is not related to the theme as such.
