Error when sending messages from the dashboard.

I am getting an error while trying to send messages from the Dashboard. i am also not getting an "make instructor" button in ninja forms after I set it up. Thirdly i am getting wrong member data when someone creates a course. If Instructor creates a course he is rolled as a student also which should not be happening. please help here
