Error when trying out a course & quiz

As a warning, I've probably not set this up correctly but I'm wanting to create a test course to try all of the features out for our survey based course. However when I check the results I get this 404 error ... <p style="display: inline; color: #646464; font-family: 'Segoe UI', Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; background-color: #f7f7f7;"><strong style="overflow-wrap: break-word;">members/admin/course/course-results/?action=4075</p>   HTTP ERROR 404 Many thanks

Ok please check if you have set a members directory page from wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages. If not set then please set a members page there . Secondly please try re-saving permalinks / If above does not helps then Please share your site url and admin credentials to check this issue at your end . PS : mark reply as private while sharing .
