Error while making instructor signup form using the new update 2.3

Hello. I am seeing an error message while trying to set up an instructor signup form in LMS >> settings >> registration forms. Please see attached screenshot.

It seems like you have not added any fields in the registration form that's why you are getting this issue. We are releasing an update today while will fix this warning issue.

Still some issues with the savings of the fields i created. I tried to save them but i couldn't. They can't be saved. What shall i do with it ?

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I checked your site and now there is no such warnings on your website, refer: http://prntscr.com/cv9f6y ------------- The fields are not saving because you have added space in the shortcode. Please delete this form and then create a new form and this time do not add any space while creating the form. If you read the instructions, its clearly mentioned to avoid spaces, refer: http://prntscr.com/cv9gl3
