Hi, This is the apache error log that you shared, as I mentioned above we need to see the php error log. So please share the php error log with us to check the error.

Hi, Error_log is handled by the people of my hosting, therefore, they must modify the file. What is the other option to solve this problem?

Hi, Yes the webhost handles the php error log, please contact your webhost and ask them to provide the php error log file for checking the error.
