Error with sync vibe user and WP user

I have a shortcode created in the functions.php to retrieve the data of the connected user (password, id and mail), to make a call to an external application that shares the login with wplms, the shotcode is inserted in a unit of a couse, if the user is logged from wplms, the first time after login, they do not work, but, if you refresh the browser, the function does load the user's data correctly. the option to synchronize users of vibe and worpress is activated in both directions. Is it normal? How can I solve it?
