EventON is not available anywhere not on add new plugins, not on install required plugins or through this link https://development.eiu.ac/wp-content/themes/wplms/plugins/eventON.zip

hi, sorry for the delay in response as it was holiday.
There is not any special way to install the eventon plugin. Just goto wp-admin->Plugins->Add new and click on install. And after the installation please press activate.
