Expiring course email reminder

Hello, is it possible to send a reminder (for example every week) to students in progress that are blocked or have not yet started the course? It could be perfect with the possibility to exclude those who are inactive because they have already completed the course or those who cannot complete the course because already expired. Thanks

hi yes you can use schedular in wp-admin>>LMS>>settings>>emails

I have to use "Schedule inactive users email"? It means that all users inactive will receive emails? Also users who finished courses months ago?

hi yes all user who has not performed any activity on site like taking course marking a unit complete, doing a quiz etc
