Export Quiz Results Page in editable file

Hello WPLMS Team! Is it possible to export quiz results page to a editable file? We need that the quiz results to be entered manually by the instructor in that document. We also need to insert a table with the results and the name of the instructor in the footer of the quiz results page. Thank you Dan
