Export unusable due to column breaks

Hi, * The special characters are not handled by the import/export feature * Using commas at any point make the csv exported unusable, the columns break * For some reason html markers also make the csv unusable, the columns break. For these reasons we cannot use your export feature, so we can't retrieve the answers of the learners properly. The issue about the special characters had already been spotted more than a year ago (https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/importexport-problems-with-special-characters/), have you worked on this? Thanks for your help
