Hello, it's been three year that I use you theme and pay for more customer service but lot of issuses are still there. One of the most important is that when someone tries to log in with facebook nothing appears unless he refreshes the page and the user name appear on the student menu. This is a big issue, can you tell me how to fix this? Is probably the third time I ask you for help about this. the signs and symptoms you are telling me that identifies that clearly says that your site is suffering from caching issue.please follow these steps
- Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins(leave wplms plugins activated).
- Delete browsers cache especially cache plugin.
- Re-save permalinks
if above does not work only then Share page URL and admin credentials in a private reply with proper screenshots.
I asked it with a different account. I did what you told but the issue remains the same. I always have to refresh the page in order too be logged in for real and read my facebook name in the top-right corner of the page.
