I have done a fresh install of version 4 on a subdomain to do a Proof of Concept with someone. Hoewever I am getting this error.

The requirements seemed to have been fulfilled in the setup wizrd

OK – I just updated Elementor and it seems to have resolved the issue, I am now getting the home page.
