Finish Course button not working

When a user clicks on the Finish Course button (after successfully completing the assessment), this is the message that shows up:   Please suggest how to correct this. Users are not able to finish the course and get the course certificate.

You cannot finish the course until every unit and the quiz is completed. the error clearly states that the user has not completed the quiz and therefore she cannot finish the course. Please ask your students to complete the quiz to finish the course.

Hi... Thanks for sharing the credentials but the credentials were of a student so I could only replicate the issue on your website but was unable to look into the issue. Please share the admin credentials to check the issue on your website. --------------- Also check if you have set the passing marks in the quiz ? If yes then please make sure its not equal to the total marks of the quiz.

I have this same problem. Quiz says complete but is preventing the finishing of the course. Please help

Please create your own topic ,share site url ,course url , quiz name ,admin credentials in private reply there on your topic .
