Fixing Space in MegaMenu

Hello. I am doing a fresh install of #4. I increased the logo size to 125px and it looks great. However, now the megamenu is broken because of the additional spacing as shown HERE. How can I fix this spacing? Thanks.

Update: I tried to figure it out myself and accidentally deleted the course categories. Tried to follow the tutorial, but it's outdated. Do I use a legacy BuddyPress Single Course widget? So confused. Please assist.

So here's where I am. The tutorial video on megamenu is old. Now the widgets look completely different. I want to have a megamenu of all courses and show the course cover like in the demo. How (exactly in steps please) do I recreate that once I'm in the widget space? Which widget do I choose and what settings do I do? I tried every possible thing and couldn't replicate it. Thank you!
