Forgot password issue

https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/ajax-login-and-registration-in-wplms/ From the above link, I got login and signup. But the forgot password option is not working for me. How do I get it? I am using Ultimate membership pro plugin too. In the forgot password email, when I click on the link, it redirects me to the ultimate membership pro plugin's forgot password form instead of ajax form. How do I resolve this issue? thank you
