Forgot password link not coming and HTML email not coming

Hi we are facing problem with the forgot password link. When somebody request the same it's not working only email is coming as plain text no link is coming. HTML email for verification coming as simple text.

Have you enabled the Forgot password mail from WPLMS . Check the WP Admin - LMS - Settings - Emails - Forgot password and make sure you've added <span style="color: #444444; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 15.6px; background-color: #f1f1f1;">{{forgotlink}} </span><span style="line-height: 1.5;"> in the mail content.</span>
