The topic creation content is the first reply for the topic itself. The video length is too long we have checked but did not get more info. Can you share the image where the topics or replies duplicates

Yes, this is not the issue you can check the top one is topic content which becomes the first reply to the topic which is separated by Styling. Topic content is also the the first reply to topic check this https://prnt.sc/135xd7l The top one denotes why the topic started.
