    hello First: I couldn't see all forums option in the side-menu in my dashboard https://prnt.sc/105chwz Second: when I active the Private replies feature in Helpdesk, and then make a reply private the 'Submit' button will show me that it still loading !!! https://ibb.co/C8Yb7vk third: I couldn't see the forums options in Tools??? it just disappeared !? Fourth: from where can I delete or customize this page https://ibb.co/R9wDMgq

    You have to setup Forum in the profile menu refer to this article for setup https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/adding-buddypress-menu-items-to-profile-navigation-4-0/

    I think that u didn't see my attached! I told you about the option ' Forums' in the dashboard of my WordPress website, not the dashboard of BuddyPrees https://prnt.sc/105chwz in this screen you will see that all 'forums' must be in my WordPress dashboard but it didn't appear in mine !

    I have checked wp-admin but not showing at your end https://prnt.sc/10bzovx, please try to check to deactivate the third-party plugin can cause an issue. Checked at my end working fine https://prnt.sc/10bzqf0 Let me know if you still facing this issue.

    Hi, Scott Thanks for your response. That is the issue that is "FORUMS" option didn't appear in my WP Dashboard. No, I don't have a third-party plugin that causes the issue.

    Checked with different admin but the forums menu not appearing Found that key masterhttps://prnt.sc/10cp264 option is missing at your end https://prnt.sc/10cp3r0 Please contact with bbpress plugin support getting this https://prnt.sc/10cp6ypwhen try to access fromus url for this issue sometimes bbpress cause issue for user roles.

    Thanks very much Updated the role to keymaster in Database and that solves the issue. You can Close the topic.
