frontend website loads indefinitely

After updating today (WPLMS 3.5.1 and more) the frontend of my website (any url) loads indefinitely and nothing happens. What can I do?

When I try the quick fix regarding BP 3.0 (Don't think it has anything to do with my issue) I get this error and no pageload: Warning: require_once(/public/sites/www.metmeestergijs.nl/wp-content/themes/metmeestergijs/../buddypress/bp-core/deprecated/3.0.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /public/sites/www.metmeestergijs.nl/wp-content/themes/metmeestergijs/functions.php on line 15 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/public/sites/www.metmeestergijs.nl/wp-content/themes/metmeestergijs/../buddypress/bp-core/deprecated/3.0.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /public/sites/www.metmeestergijs.nl/wp-content/themes/metmeestergijs/functions.php on line 15

we have fixed this issue on your site . There were some buddypress files missing in your site .We have added those files manually .Please check it now .

That's great. Probably at the same time (like 3 minutes ago) I updated Buddypress and now I get nothing.... screenshot Just wait? Or what should I do?

It works again! So thanks again :) But Buddypress has an update for me. From 2.9.4 to 3.0.0. Should I dare?
