hi the delay in response is due to support holiday if you check this tip properly https://youtu.be/n128Iylbg4E?t=103 then you will come to know that GAMIFICATION is a FEATURE, not the PLUGIN so if you enable the setting and follow the video step by step it will start working properly

We are using wplms version 3.9. SO is it possible to add in that version?? Also please explain the full features of gamification.
