Gap between Footer and row content

Hello Support, Please I need to know how to close the white space between the footer and last row section of my content. https://prntscr.com/qbuuu9 Also how do I enable top and bottom footer, I want to make it 4 column to put in content on it, exactly like this https://prntscr.com/qbuw3w Whenever I write these text (Privacy Terms Cookie Policy Sitemap) beside the footer logo, there no space and they fall in below the logo, no space spread horizontal, how do I fix that. Thank you
