Hi, You can create header and footer from templates >> add new https://prntscr.com/10mvwiz Then you need to set your page template as Elementor Canvas page which is used to add custom header and footer in page.

Hi, If you create header it will be applied on all pages automatically. First let me know Are you using elementor pro or free version?

If basically you want to style the header and footer, that you can do with the help of blank child theme as well. Elementor Pro actually adds the code on header and footer so that theme's header and footer style won't apply

Hi, In the child theme you can overwrite header.php file and add your customization.
