Header Main Menu won't align

I am using the Center Aligned header.  (However, this issue appears on most of the header options) The main menu and the login won't align.  Right now it is set on 33 "adjust menu padding", this is necessary to make the main menu centered on the logo, but it moves the login too low.  "Adjust menu padding" adjusts both the menu and the login, but since they aren't aligned to each other, changing this number is useless. http://mmgfinder.com

Didn't work.  When I refresh the page it seems aligned, but once the page fully loads, the login/cart icons drop back down.

Provide me your wp-admin credentials and mark your reply as private. PS: you have added any custom css of your own for the header except the one i gave you then Please remove it.
