HELP! – Chat ASAP

Hi Iv just opened a ticket and someone came in and closed it   I didn't get my download for the chat app   I logged into my account and check under licenses   and it was not there.   I also requested a new email be send with this information be mailed to [email protected] I  never got it can you resend it please and or put the license in my account? thanks   Justin

Look I am going to purchase you app again   I was not able to access the download   what is wrong with you guys I already said that once   I would like a refund on that first order   someone is waiting for me to send this to them and I need to send it to them   today I don't have time to wait 3 days for you to respond to my reply   so please refund my purchase for one of these apps   thanks,   Justin
