Help installing the template

Dear support We bought the template two weeks ago and are still trying to get it installed and add our content. Can you please assist us in accomplishing this now a very urgent task. We are really desperate for help and will be very grateful for your assistnce. Okay Please make sure that your serve has this much php configuration : WP Memory Limit:    128 Mb WP Max Upload Size:    32 MB PHP Post Max Size:    32 MB PHP Time Limit:    240 PHP Max Input Vars:    1000   please share your site url , admin credentials and a valid ftp credentials  in private reply to check this issue at your end .
