Hello, I connected as admin but I don't see all these options: Engagements, subscriptions and labels > https://oukaap.tinytake.com/media/fa85a5?filename=1617254474329_1.png&sub_type=thumbnail_preview&type=attachment&width=353&height=746. I only have https://oukaap.tinytake.com/media/fa85a8?filename=1617254562047_2.png&sub_type=thumbnail_preview&type=attachment&width=353&height=592 How can I create helpdesk agents and assign tickets automatically to theme?
