Hi,  The checkout page is entirely controlled by WooCommerce Plugin. You can try using this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-country-based-payments/ You can use any third party plugin that enables you to do what your requirement is.   PS: Also Customisation is not a part of theme support.
