I've corrected it now. Please check.
The issue with the plugin suggested by AVA is that it will not check for user role. Like you want to hide certain sections for Instructors but it can not detect that.

but another thing has happen, when any author go to posts section and click on mine, the head counter has display his/her posts number but no post shows up ! Why ?
