Home Page Distorts on MAC & iPad

Hi when I open Home Page on a PC it is perfect http://prntscr.com/d547er I tested the site on PC, MAC, iPad, iPhone & Android last week and it was fine but now when you open the Home Page on MAC or iPad it seems to squeeze the page and shows part of the section you should see when you scroll down. http://prntscr.com/d545m2 Why is it now doing this? No it is not related. The site was deleted in error hours after I posted that.  I have since restored the site from backup.  This is a new issue, it was not like this before as I had checked it on MAC & iPad. Why is it appearing different on MAC & iPad Thanks Damien
