HOMEPAGE DEMO3 _ Big space bettween main menu and slider

Hi! I have imported Home Demo 3 but I don't know why there is a Big space between the main menu and the slider... First, I thought It could be because I've to edit the homepage in the backend and set the template to “no title”... But when I do that, although that space disappears, the slider becomes very very very small ... So, I don't know what to do to make it look like demo 3... Thank you in advanced!
