My homepage shows "not secure" in the address bar
https://prnt.sc/un3n1o
I asked my hosting company about it, and they said they thought it was because some java scripts in the theme or plugins are sent out using http addresses instead of https. They advised me to change all the occurrences to https. I'm not sure that's a good idea, and also I will lose the changes every time there is an update.
I had a look at the demos you have on your site, and I noticed that they all show the same warning - all of them except demos 12, 14, 16, 17.
I am using demo 3.
Do you know what could be causing the warnings?

update: Google Chrome is now showing most of the sites as "secure". It's just Microsoft Edge, now that shows them as "not secure"
hi,
Please follow this link carefully: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/
I'm with InMotion Hosting, so SSL is already there when the site is created.
I spoke with someone at InMotion about this, though, and they seemed to think that the warning is caused by url addresses inside the theme/plugins.
Is this why the WPLMS demos are also 'not secure'?

I tried it on
- Google Chrome: All good
- Firefox: All good
- Microsoft Edge: Security warning
Ah, the problem was just the images from the demo. I changed them all to https and it's all fine now. No warnings.
good to know thanks for pointing this
can we close this one now?
