How can i change the notice after a instructor has registered.

I want to change the message that shows after an instructor has been registered. currently, it says to verify the email account. but I since i approve instructor accounts manually i want to change it. how can i do that?

Ya thats fine but a message still appears after someone registers as an instructor saying to check their mail for verification. how do I change that?

If you will skip verification email, no message appear
