How can I respond like instructor to a message from a student?

I have received a new message from a student from the instructor dashboard. First, I can not see the complete message And, I can not answer either, since there is no action button to do it. See the screenshot  How can I solve It?

Yes, but I can´t  answer him. I need write his username in (sent to). Is it possible when I click in the message, and then I make click  on compose tab. and the user´s name is already written to respond to See the screenshots Is it possible? Thanks

Ok. I have solve it! If I click on the name of message, I can reply to. Perfect! Thanks
