November 17, 2016 at 7:02 pm #80490educatParticipantHey, I'm using the wplms_quiz_score shortcode, wich displays the student score in a test like this "xx out of xx". The "out of" is what I want to translate, but I have searched troughout all the plugins and couldn't find it's source. How can I translate it?November 17, 2016 at 9:15 pm #80499Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantAll shortcode are located in vibe shortcodes pluginNovember 19, 2016 at 12:30 pm #80880educatParticipantThis one is not, refer: http://prntscr.com/d97k6h http://prntscr.com/d97kckNovember 20, 2016 at 6:29 pm #80942Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantGo to wp-admin->loco translator->theme ->wplms find your string, write your translation and click on save. Go to wp-admin->loco translator->plugins->vibe course module find your string, write your translation and click on save.November 21, 2016 at 10:21 am #81011educatParticipantMan, I don't mean to be rude, but I know how to use Loco Translator. If I'm asking for help it's because it really isn't there (I checked all plugins and theme thrice). My prints proved it. There are other "out of" strings, but they all already have a translation. The "out of" I'm looking for doesn't have one and it's not there, either, because, in spite of the translated string, grades keep on being displayed in the following manner: "xx out of xx". http://prntscr.com/d9wtu9November 21, 2016 at 1:02 pm #81093Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantFirst of all : Refer to these screenshots. http://prntscr.com/d9yewo http://prntscr.com/d9yg2e
As i said these strings are located in the wplms theme and vibe course module plugin.
WPLMS recommends using loco translator for translating. We have created a complete Step by step/common fixes guide for loco Translator : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/translation-guide-by-vibe-themes-support/November 21, 2016 at 1:05 pm #81094Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantVIA FTP Theme translation file location copy the vibe-xx_XX.po/mo located in the "../wp-content/themes/wplms/languages/" folder to "../wp-content/languages/themes" folder. Plugin translation file location copy the 'abcd'-xx_XX.po/mo located in the "../wp-content/plugins/'pluginname'/languages/" folder to "../wp-content/languages/plugins" folder.November 21, 2016 at 1:18 pm #81105Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]Participanthttp://prntscr.com/d9ykfo It seems like you have removed the %d and %s from the strings. This is totally Wrong. https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/functionality/internationalization/#variables Follow this GuideNovember 21, 2016 at 6:37 pm #81187educatParticipantThat's the spanish translation, we are using the portuguese translation. http://prntscr.com/da2yf9 I think it might be this one, but the translation is not showing http://prntscr.com/da30zq Maybe edit the template would work (?)November 22, 2016 at 10:38 am #81255Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.November 25, 2016 at 4:56 pm #82030educatParticipantI found out what the issue was. In the end, it turned out to be that I hadn't synchronized the translations for ages. So, I did it and a bunch of strings I was looking for like crazy appeared and I could finally get to translate them. Thanks for all your support -
