How to add more items/features in profile meny

Hi guys, thanks for the wonderful theme. I am looking to add some features in the profile menu, such as:

• tutorials

• catalog

I don't want to add those features in main menu bar, but within BuddyPress profile menu. Can you guys help me? Thanks in advance
