Create a course and connect it with a batch ex. [http://wplms.com/course/math] connected with a batch ex. [http://wplms.com/groups/mbatch] 2. Register as a new member ex. [student] 3. [As student], Go to batch group and send a join group request ex. [http://wplms.com/groups/mbatch] 4. [As administrator], Accept join group request for [student]. 5. [Login as student] Go to my courses [You will see nothing! 》This is the issue] 6. [As student] Go to batch group ex. http://wplms.com/groups/mbatch and press on the link of connected course [math] 7. In the course page [http://wplms.com/course/math] you will see (Start Course) is active! 8. [As student] Go to (My Courses) You will see that the course is added !! ** The issue is already replicated on your test site. ** The setting from wp-admin->lms->settings, refer: http://prntscr.com/d75c6b is enabled!This is not an issue, because the student didn't even visited the course page and directly checked the my courses tab. The students sends the request to join the group and upon approval the student is joined in the group and not in the course. The student must visit the course page then only she will be added in the course. When student visits the course page we check if the student is enrolled in any of the batch connected to the course and if the user is enrolled then we enroll the student to that course. So the student must visit the course page once to get enrolled in the course and see that course in her my courses tab. This is how it works.
This is not an issue, because the student didn't even visited the course page and directly checked the my courses tab.
That is not a good answer ! Because approving student for joining a batch is logically means add all connected courses to student's "My Courses" tab! You can't ask all students to open every course connected to the batch!, We should have a method to automatically add courses connected to the batch into the student's account !I just mentioned that this is not a bug, but yes this can be considered as a usability issue, as the user flow is not good here. I have considered your request for improving the user flow in this area and will try to improve this in the next update of wplms batches plugin. I'm completely disagree with you, It's a great theme and I'm sure you will not find such this reliability with any other LMS, We had to make a comparison between all alternatives to recover many requirements and WPLMS is the greatest choice, We can help with many customisations done at our network and of course you can search this forum for a lot of solutions. * Customizing WPLMS and Batches plugin is a little bit hard, but a great powerful LMS theme is in your hands. We are waiting this option to be done to have a great user flow according to our requirements.@jscarantino : What you're requesting is already added in the issue log and it would take 5-10 lines of code to add this feature. Let´s say i get a list of 300 email-adresses of employees that this company wants to enroll in a customized course. They are divided into 10 groups of 30 students with a head coach (instructor) that has access to the statistics of each group. There also is an administrator from the company that want to have access to the statistics of the whole course. I want an email to go out to each of the student/employee with a username (e-mail) and a password for them to log in at the login-page and to be redirected to their courses page where they only have access to their specific batch. Can I bulk add the employees, distribute them to their specific batch and then send them the e-mail with their username (e-mail) and password so when they log in for the first time the whole setup is done? The same with the instructor? PS.
