how to avoid default WordPRess login page when users enter incorrect user/pass

Hi there We're using the popup login form but when users enter incorrect username and password it redirects them to the default WordPress login page (wp-login.php) how can I create or redirect them to a custom login page or at least don't redirects them to the default WordPress Login page? Thanks in Advance.
