How to buy a course

Hello, I find the process I set to sell a course too much articulated and frustrating. Please help me to find an easier way. The steps a student has to follow are: 1 Search in All courses the course he needs to follow 2 Click on Take this course 3 If he is not registered yet, open login, click on sign up 4 Register inserting the student's data (I need a lot of data ex. day of birth, profession etc) 5 Receive an email with activation link 6 After activation user is redirected to All courses page, there he has to choose again the course he needs and click again on take this course 7 Go to check out page and insert all the data for the invoice 8 Finally buy the course. Is not possible to redirect student after activation to checkout with the course already choosen in the cart? Or find an easier way to sell courses?

Hello, yes you can achieve the above, please follow these steps:

1. create a custom registration page
2. refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/
3. for a lot of data, create mandatory fields (required). so that user has to enter all details.
4. once the user is not logged in and try to buy a course then the login popup can be activated.
5. goto wp-admin >> lms >> settings >> general.

7. once the user is registered and logged in he will be able to purchase the course.
8. if you want to skip the cart page and directly want to redirect to check out then find this setting in wp-admin >> wplms >> buddypress >>miscelleneous.

10. after payment user will get an envoice.

Hello, thank you for your reply. All you suggest is what I did. In order to guide the buyer to conclude order I ask you how to insert in login popup a small message in which I explain: If you want to take the course is necessary to register, receive an email activate your account and finally buy....

hello, that's not available in wplms but it can be customized by creating a new pop up style. this will need a lot of coding. you can create a custom feature request and charges will be 15$; or i can add custom texts here: http://prntscr.com/ocgkuq please let me know your thoughts.
