As an admin of my website, sometimes, I have to go in as my user and I have used user switching plugin for this purpose. (https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/)
With the 4.X update of WPLMS, I am unable to switch to another user. Even after the switch, WPLMS still displays my name as I am logged in.
Please suggest what is the way to impersonate / switch user.
User switching is purely based on wordpress but in v4 we entered in the new technology based on React JS so it might be possible that this plugin will no longer work
Here we are using JWT login system which is a token based authentication. The only way is to check by logging in for now
Is there a way for me to disable JWT Login and use the traditional Wordpress login using some settings in VibeBP?
User switching is really critical for customer support. Without this, it is impossible for us to support our customers.
Which Plugin you are using for user switching. I will try on my setup first to check if we can do something or not

Updated reply
Your site is a multisite setup and plugin was not there
So I decided to check at my end, and here it is : http://prntscr.com/yypxsk
You can check other backend stuff by switching the user, but this will not work in case you want to check PWA section
Hi Diana,
You screenshot shows that you were able to switch the user on Wordpress to "frenzy", but on WPLMS it is still showing as "admin". So the VibeBP did not change the user, but Wordpress was able to switch.
Don't you have a setting under VibeBP to Synchronise VibeBP with WP Login? Can that work?
hi
no that will not work please check the reply here
