How to make quizes free in a free course?

I have set up a free course. After this, the units are available free for all without the need for login. However, the quizes still require login. Please advise how can we make the quizes free in a free course. Thanks.

This is not possible because in quizzes we use comments meta to store the marks and if the user is not logged in then we cannot get the user meta or comments meta. For quizzes the user must be logged in otherwise the quizzes cannot be taken.
