Please share where you exactly referring to the search option we have to check if this can be done using custom code. Also, make sure to share the admin credential with the site URL also.

Checked, This is not supported through custom code. Let us know if you have any other issues.

So how can we make it possible? or which field can be searched? is it possible to assign another searchable field be phone field or sync the phone field content to a searchable field?

The search part is done for WordPress users like username, email which does not support phone no. search(not part of WordPress).
