How to prevent an Admin from deleting a course

Hello, I want to create a custom role based on the Admin role, but I want to remove the "delete_course" capability from that role. How can I do that? What's the name of that capability? A code snippet would be great!

For this you can use the third party plugin such as role manager plugin and create a user and then assign all the capabilities to that user but do not give it any deleting capability.
