how to remove “complete course ” bar from the last unit of course

hi, how to remove the "complete course " bar from the last unit of course in the student dashboard coz I run the daily recurring live Vimeo classes for the student (for unlimited access or 1 year) so I don't want to student complete the course and submit the review. I clearly mark in the below screenshot.. see below here is screenshot Best Regard

But, if I will remove this "complete course" bar, then it will be hidden for other courses as well, which will create issues Better to add course retakes to "unlimited", and connect only this unit in that course So users can retake the course
