I have set all notification under touch point to "no" and I'm still receiving notification on the website. I'm using some touch points to send "messages" but I don't want to see the notification on the website. How to stop them.

the notification is regarding the messages
not the wplms notification regarding the course or activity
if there is any notification regarding touchpoint that you have disabled and still you are getting it
then please let us know

profile -> settings -> emails
from here you can disable email notification
Hi Veronica! Under touch points there are three options: Message, notification, Emails.
I'm not using the 'notification' option, and yet I'm still receiving them under the website. If they are not related to touch points, How to stop receiving them internally!

the delay in response due to support holiday
these are the buddypress inbuilt notification we have no control on them
as these messages are sent by buddypress and same applied on notification
