How to upload paragraph based questions

is there a way to upload paragraph based comprehension questions that we have to upload paragraph only once there on questions based on the paragraph comes in same screen

There is no such question type available in wplms, but you can write the paragraph in the question and followed by the questions based on it. The full paragraph and all the questions related to it can be written in one question only or you can create different questions and in the starting of all the questions write/copy paste the paragraph. This is a work around for this type of questions.
