How to upload to S3 and playback from Cloudfront

I was wondering what's the best practice for uploading files and media to amazon S3 and get back the cloudfront link of the uploaded file. I know that with the addon WPLMS S3 files can be uploaded to S3 and the URL that's embedded is the S3 URL of the file. I want it to automatically embed the cloudfront URL in the wplms theme. Do you guys know a way to accomplisch this? Thanks in advance
