I can not edit a course

Hi, when I want to edit a course (as an Instructor or as an Admin) a pop up apear and I can only to make another new Course or to import a Course package, see picture: https://prnt.sc/t8i470 The option that the instructor can edit the Course is checked in the LMS/Configuration https://prnt.sc/t8i470

I managed to fix it. There was to save again the permalinks!
